What if I am interested in more than one a-la-carte service?
Your consultant is happy to create a custom bundle for you, at a discounted rate (over 3 services), should you find that you are in need of more than one service.
What does the design service entail?
After an in depth consultation to gain a better sense of your desired aesthetic and budget, we will put together a design presentation including floral inspiration, color schemes and textures, ceremony, cocktail, reception decor, and more. We will then help to source such items and place a rental order(s) with trusted vendors in your local area. From here, we will continue to secure all of the styling elements to bring your complete vision to life. All design services are subject to our hourly rate of $125.
How will I be communicating with my assigned consultant?
Our consultants are available via phone, email, or video conferencing. Once booking, a phone consultation will be set up to get a better idea of your needs and how we can best assist you. We are happy to work with you in whichever form of communication you would prefer going forward. Should you move forward with a month-of planning package, your consultant will be available to you in-person as well.
What if I need Month-Of planning services but you are not yet located in my state (i.e. outside of NYC, Richmond, or Charleston)?
We are actively looking for Desired & Inspired team members throughout the country to join our team. Please continue to check back to see if our team has expanded to your area.
How is month-of Planning different from day-of Planning?
Over the years, we have found that we can only ensure your wedding day or event is as seamless as possible, if we come into the picture at least four weeks prior. This way, we become the point person for all vendors well in advance, ensuring we have complete control on your special day. For this reason, we do not offer day-of coordination.
What kind of consultants work for Desired & Inspired?
Our nationwide planners and designers have been hand selected with several years of experience planning weddings and events within different styles, budgets, and scale.
How do I get started?
Once you email us or fill out the form on the 'hire us' page, we will be in touch within 24 hours to schedule an initial consultation with your assigned consultant. From there, we will decide the ideal package and pricing structure to best meet your needs and put together a proposal for your review. Let the planning and design begin!
